Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy
A significant proportion of the world’s population believe in past lives and reincarnation. Religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, and many spiritual philosophies include reincarnation as a core belief. Taken together, more than half of the world’s population, several billion people, live within cultures where past lives are accepted as a natural part of existence.
That said, you do not need to believe in past lives to benefit from a regression session. Many people approach Past Life Regression (PLR) with curiosity rather than belief and find the experience meaningful regardless of how they interpret it.

As with any hypnosis session, you will feel relaxed, remain aware and totally in control. During sessions, clients often describe wearing different clothing, living in another era or place, or experiencing thoughts and feelings from a perspective that feels distinctly different from their current identity. These experiences can feel vivid, significant, and emotionally real, yet deeply personal.
Nonetheless, while some people experience what feels like a clear past life story, others receive fragments, symbolic imagery, bodily sensations, emotions or insights without a full narrative. For some, the experience may feel more like the mind’s creative expression rather than a literal memory. However the experience unfolds, it is always unique and deeply personal to the client.

It is important to understand that past life regression does not aim to prove reincarnation or guarantee historically verifiable memories. That said, there are numerous, documented cases which do seem to point to the validity of past lives (see link below).

Following PLR sessions, clients often report a greater insight into recurring patterns and emotional themes in their present life. They may experience an emotional release and/or a sense of clarity around relationships or life challenges. Past Life Regression is not about right or wrong interpretations. It is about what emerges for you and what meaning you draw from it. Ultimately, PLR is about forming a deeper connection to yourself and your inner wisdom.
